Retail Sales (YoY)

The Retail Sales released by the National Institute of Statistics is a measure of changes in sales of the retail sector. It shows the performance of the retail sector in the short term. The changes are widely followed as an indicator of consumer spending. A high reading is seen as positive (or bullish) for the Euro, while a low reading is seen as negative (or Bearish).
