Labor Force Participation Rate

The Labor Force Participation Rate released by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics is the percentage of the total working age population either actively seeking a job or already in employment. It helps contextualize the main employment indicators such as the change in Nonfarm Payrolls, the Unemployment Rate or the Average Hourly Earnings.
