Fed Index of Common Inflation Expectations

Common Inflation Expectations, also known as CIE, is an indicator developed by Common Inflation Expectations in late 2020. CIE is published on a quarterly basis and summarizes the comovement of a wide variety of inflation expectations. The index is constructed using 21 inflation expectation indicators, which include both "short horizon" and "long horizon" forecasts.
