Constitutional Court Ruling on ECB QE Legality

Germany's top court in Karlsruhe says that it will give its ruling on the legality of the ECB's QE program. The decision will range between full acceptance of the monetary policy program, the most probable outcome, and full denial to the Bundesbank on participating in QE, which would be a big surprise and significantly affect ECB's current monetary policy.
